Your driver will park in the multi-storey car park across from the main terminal building. They will meet and greet you or a colleague in the arrival hall with a clipboard displaying the requested details. The parking charge for this option:- We will monitor your flight to keep the parking charge to a minimum, and we do not enter a car park 10 - 15 minutes after your flight arriving.

As we understand certain Airlines can take longer to unload luggage and for passengers to disembark.
Your driver will meet you or a colleague in the Premium Set Down car park (previously Drop and Go). The parking charge for this will be £3.00 up to fifteen minutes.
You would need to let the driver know when you are ready to be collected and they will meet you in that car park. Please bear in mind after fifteen minutes the parking charge increases dramatically.
The monorail, which is at the top of the escalator in Departures travels to Birmingham International Station from the airport every 3-4 minutes. This service is free and you could be picked up from there. We will meet you at the bottom of the escalator when you get off the monorail. The driver will be holding a clipboard displaying the requested details.
Alternatively there is a car park which is free up to 20 minites.
